The 30 year stage anniversary will be celebrated by a one-of-a-kind concert event on February 8, 2014 at the Eventwerk in Dresden. Entrance begins at 6:30 in the evening since there will be an extensive exhibit as supporting program to the evening. This program and exhibit will include photographs, collectible items, recordings, video segments and films. Furthermore, a replica of the band’s original Boys Factory Studio is planned showing the beginnings of the band with live sound samples as documentation. There will be stage decorations from 1985 until today as part of the exhibits. The concert will begin at approximately 8:30 in the evening. Guest musicians and musical companions from the bands history will enrich the show. At the close of the show there will be a free after show party at the Eventwerk (Club SOLIDOOR). Camouflage will also be present at this party and will DJ part of the time. Additionally, sales of “THE BOX 1983-2013” will begin on this evening.
Those wishing to travel to the event with public transport can ride with Streetcar Line 7 or 8 or S-Bahn Line 2. In all instances passengers should exit at “Industriegelände”. Travel from this station to the EVENTWERK is only a few minutes by foot. For all attendees traveling by car, there will be sufficient parking spaces on location.

Cologne will host the 10th annual Amphi Festival this year, at which Camouflage will again play live. Camouflage’s performance will be on July 26, 2014 in the Staatenhaus / Tanzbrunnen.

Coinciding with the band’s anniversary comes another release on February 7, 2014 from Polydor/Island. This release is a Best of CD containing all 20 singles released to date. These tracks are arranged chronologically on the CD and each track is included in its original Single Version albeit now digitally remastered.

We just finished working on the design and content of »THE BOX 1983 – 2013«!
After 4 months of watching pictures, listening to demos, trying to find the right liner notes, hard work and a lot of fun - we're ready to go ....
All materials, audio-masters and printing data has been sent to the manufacturer. We look forward to receive the finished product in 2-3 weeks.

However, it was our heart's desire to use our 30th anniversary as an opportunity to look back retrospectively at the different chapters in our band's history. We hope you had as much fun doing this as we did.

The Christmas Download for this year comes with Camouflage's thanks to fans and friends for their patience and loyalty. Camouflage has found something very special this year and is offering "Kling Klang (Alternative Edit 1989)" as a free MP3 download.

"Kling Klang" is a song from the early electronic and Kraftwerk-oriented beginnings of Camouflage. It is one of very few Camouflage songs sung in German. In 1989 "Kling Klang" was reworked in the Brussels Synsound Studio and was released as a b-side to the single "One Fine Day". During these recording sessions two different versions were prepared - one is the familiar single version, and the other is a longer alternative version that has remained unreleased up until this time. Enjoy listening and looking at the Christmas photo session.

We will celebrate with you, our 30th stage anniversary with a fantastic live-event in Dresden on February 8, 2014. We’ll make a journey through the time with musical guests, an exibition, video documentations, an aftershow party with DJ sets, new merchandise and at least – a hell lot of fun!

· THE BOX · 1983-2013 (Limited Edition)
On top of the event, we will present THE BOX · 1983-2013, with 10 cds and a picturebook with all the song lyrics, as a survey of our musical work so far, numbered, signed and limited to 1.000 copies.

The content includes:

· GREYSCALE
The new studio album GREYSCALE will be released September 12, 2014, with the new single SHINE, upfront and a live - tour, starting in January 2015.

Camouflage will perform on October 3, 2013 as part of the celebrations for German Reunification Day at the Schlossplatz stage in Stuttgart. All bands will play for approximately 30 minutes. The entire performance of all bands will be broadcast after 6pm CET by Radio station SWR1. The link to SWR1 webradio can be found here. Portions of the event will be shown after 11:15pm on SWR Television. The times for the individual artists performing on stage are as follows:
